Refund Policy

● v2026.04 Effective date: 2026-04-04

1. Principles 2. Common scenarios 3. Notes Order and refund questions

Principles

Plan orders can be refunded to your account balance, by you, without help from us. Open the order under "Orders" in the yue.lat panel and click "Refund to balance". No ticket, no waiting for a human review — once you confirm, the credit lands immediately.

The refund amount is prorated automatically against the unused portion: the system works out the remaining proportion of the plan's validity period and of its data allowance, takes whichever of the two is lower as the remaining-value ratio, and multiplies it by the amount actually paid for that order. The refund goes to your account balance (usable to buy or renew any plan; it cannot be withdrawn as cash), and the current plan stops working as soon as the refund completes.

If the data allowance is used up, the plan has expired, or a newer order has already taken effect, the order no longer has remaining value to refund; the page will tell you exactly why.

A suspected technical double charge by the payment system is a payment-anomaly review. That is not the same thing as the self-service refund above — please submit your payment receipt so we can check it.

This policy does not exclude any consumer right that applicable law does not permit to be excluded by contract.

We do not store your full payment credentials and we never auto-renew or auto-charge. Every purchase is an action you take yourself.

Common scenarios

Refund request on a normally performed order

Handle it yourself under "Orders → Refund to balance". The unused portion (validity period and data allowance, whichever has less left) is prorated and credited to your account balance immediately; the current plan stops working once the refund is done. An order that is used up or expired has no remaining value to refund.

⇄ Self-service refund of the unused portion to balance
Confirmed as a local network problem by a like-for-like A/B test

We treat something as a local environment problem only after comparing across networks, regions and protocols, where the evidence shows the problem occurs solely on a specific local network or device. We will not pin it on you just because a node is online or a small web page loads.

✗ Not a ground for a refund
Suspension for breaching the acceptable use rules

The account was suspended for breaching the Terms of Service or the Acceptable Use Policy.

✗ No refund
Extended service outage

Complete unavailability for more than 72 consecutive hours for a reason on our side (not your environment).

⇄ Compensation in equivalent subscription time (not a cash refund)
Duplicate order, mischarged payment or non-delivery

A duplicate order you placed deliberately is handled as a normally performed order. A suspected technical double charge by the payment system, a mischarged payment, or payment made without delivery must keep the ticket open and be checked against submitted evidence — it may not be auto-rejected or auto-closed.

⇄ Reviewed against the payment and delivery records
Downgrading or switching plans

We do not refund the price difference on its own. To change plan, first run "Refund to balance" on the current order (prorated against the unused portion), then buy the plan you want with the balance.

⇄ Refund to balance yourself, then buy the plan you want

Notes

  • Bonus data or balance earned from check-ins, lucky draws and similar activities is not subject to refunds.
  • A normally performed plan (including one bought at a promotional discount) can be refunded to your account balance from the panel, prorated against the unused portion; the balance can be used to buy or renew and cannot be withdrawn as cash. A technical double charge, a mischarged payment or payment without delivery still requires an open ticket for review.
  • Each order can be refunded once only. Repeated self-service refund requests in a short window hit a cooldown, and the page will say so directly.
  • Where the service is completely unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours for a reason other than your own environment, you can request compensation in equivalent subscription time (not a cash refund).
