Do I have to use the official app?
The official YueLink app gives you the complete sign-in-and-go experience, so we recommend it first. Advanced users can also pick up a universal configuration from the console; it works with the major third-party clients.
Which devices and platforms are supported?
We ship an official app for Windows, macOS, Android and Linux — sign in and go. On iOS we currently provide an IPA sideload package only (for advanced users); if you are not comfortable sideloading, we currently suggest importing your subscription link into Stash.
Which regions does the network cover?
The network covers major cities across Asia-Pacific, North America and Europe. The system assigns a path automatically based on your network conditions and the destination you are reaching.
Can I get a refund if I am not satisfied after buying?
Plan orders can be refunded to your account balance from the console, prorated against the unused portion. See the Refund Policy for the exact rules. For technical faults, our support team will work the issue with you.
